Parkinson’s NSW provides a range of valuable resources to the entire Parkinson’s community

Did you know that over 25,000 people in NSW have Parkinson’s disease?  That’s 1 in 300 people who face an uncertain future as there is no know cure for the disease.  There are many more people affected by the disease though who care about those living with the disease.  Carers, husbands, wives, children, siblings, grandchildren.

You may not know that Parkinson’s NSW provides essential services to everyone who is affected by Parkinson’s such as Counselling, Support Groups, InfoLine, Neurological Nurses in the community – all free of charge!

Many of the callers to our InfoLine and those that use our Counselling services have a loved one with Parkinson’s and they look to us to help them with dealing with this terrible disease!

To ensure we can continue our work, significant, ongoing funds are required and donations are greatly appreciated. Parkinson’s NSW is a Registered Charity (No. 12868)

Donations of any size are most welcome and our ability to provide services and to underwrite research have been underpinned by generous donations from members, carers, their friends, charitable foundations and philanthropists generally.
